Associate Speech and Language Therapist - Full/ part time
We are looking for a skilled speech & language therapist to join our team as an associate. Working primarily within a prestigious independent mainstream school.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced therapist who wants to work in independent practice but doesn’t want any of the stress of figuring out the logistics. We are flexible to allow you to pick up as many days as you would like and work the hours you want to work. Some of our team work term time only, some only work in the morning (meaning they can do nursery pick up in the afternoon). Some work a regular 9-5.
We have a gorgeous therapy space located centrally (12 minute walk from Clapham junction), which is available for every member of the team to work from as and when they choose. The clinic has 2 therapy rooms, and a beautiful light office, with plenty of coffee shops within walking distance!
As our clinical lead, I believe strongly in creating links in our community and working in new and flexible ways to meet families where they are at in their therapy journey. Working this way allows us to provide the best possible care for our families, and allows us as therapists to do what we are trained to do without feeling pinned in by logistics.
I am deeply passionate about my job, and I am looking forward to expanding our team this spring to include another brilliant therapist.
